Shruti Marathe (born 9 October 1986)^[2] is an Indian filmactress known for her works in Marathi cinema, Tamil cinema, and television.^[3][4][5] She made her film debut with the Marathi film Sanai Choughade produced by Shreyas Talpade, and the Tamil film Indira Vizha. Her other works include films such as Naan Avanillai 2, Guru Sishyan , Teecha Baap Tyacha Baap etc.^[6][7][8][9]

Though Shruti made her debut in Marathi films, through a small role in Shreyas Talpade’s film ‘Sanai Chaughade’, she had to wait for lead role in Marathi, till she was selected for the title role of Radha, in Marathi serial ‘Radha Hi Bawari’ now running on Zee Marathi.
