It might have to do with your windows install. I have one of these generic USB Borescopes, and it plugs and plays on a Windows XP Home Netbook. Checking the System drivers, it says its using Microsoft – USB Video Device #5. The Driver date is 7-1-2001. Version 5.1.2600.5512. Alibaba.com offers 678 endoscope usb driver products.
